Taylormade Fasteners have a large range of machines allowing to make an impressive range of bespoke fasteners from M2 all the way to M100 in special materials.

Forging

Our modern induction furnaces heat billets efficiently to produce high quality blanks in various materials.

Manufacturing numerous head configurations from Hex, Square, D-Heads, 12 points , Socket Capscrews, Flange Bolts and Durlocs are all forged on our vertical Etchells bolt makers.

In house tool making proves invaluable on short lead times.

CNC

Our CNC section includes lathes and Millers for all precision components and are operated by fully qualified engineers with several years experience.
